  • I believe that some of Ian’s values are excellence, creativity, commitment and hard work.

  • Some of his strengths are natural leadership and seemingly intuitive broad organizational ability, quick intelligence and a rock solid work ethic.

Seems you are never above the work you expect of others - even when it is their place to accomplish the work, you are willing to jump in and help get them pointed in the right direction and off to a good start.
